Its a Tyrannosaur. THe tail and stance would suggest raptor, but if you'd meant it to be a raptor, you'd have added a giant claw on each foot. It would mean so much to me if i was right about this detail, i'd feel (more) like one of those semi-autistic genius types popular in crime dramas lately.
